Easy Divers Travel, a subsidiary of The Travel Planner, Inc. is a Cruise and Leisure Travel Agency. Our intention is to help our clients narrow down the dizzying array of travel choices, find the best values in the selections, and provide expert knowledge in creating a one of a kind experience. Our Travel Planner specializes in three distinct areas:
Easy Divers Scuba Diving Vacations – We set up and run diving trips to locations all over the world. All scuba trips are led by certified PADI Scuba Instructors who are also Leisure and Cruise Travel Specialists. We have experience in diving in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee, North Carolina, The Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Dominica, Belize, Honduras, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Fiji, the Philippines, and the Maldives. In coming years, we intend to hit every destination, on every bucket list!
Adventure Cruises and Tours – Our dive travelers, occasionally want to visit non-diving destinations in the world and we LOVE to be the ones to escort them. We are currently looking at more River Cruising with AMA Waterways in 2022 and 2023, call and let’s talk about which itinerary interests you the most.
Paradise Perfected – Our destination wedding and honeymoon division. Destination weddings are fun, intimate, and provide a wonderful bonding opportunity for the families. With all-inclusive resorts our clients can expect a scenic wedding to remember, and most times for a lot less money than would be spent at home. We have already planned weddings in Florida, Bahamas, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Mexico, The Virgin Islands and Fiji. Not only can we plan your perfect wedding, but Saralynn has become an ordained minister and can now conduct a personal, sentimental service in many states and countries.

PLEASE NOTE:
In order to reserve a trip space on any of our International trips an Easy Divers Travel Agreement and Release must be completed and submitted. Please call us for Agreement link if you are unable to pull it up on our website. Upon receipt of the completed agreement, the trip space is held for ten days to give each traveler time to respond to the invoice and place the deposit. If the deposit is not received by 5:00 PM on the deadline day, then the space will be returned to inventory or turned over to the first person on the waiting list.
Your Trip deposits and final payments paid for by credit card or PayPal will be subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. We also accept cash, or check payments. ALL trip deposits are nonrefundable, full cancellation policy and penalties are available in the Easy Divers Travel Registration and Application that must be provided at time of booking.
TRIP DEADLINE CLARIFICATION
All of our trips have a listed deadline. Each trip budget is based on a minimum number participants for a trip to run as scheduled. The deadline helps us to confirm that there is enough interest to keep the trip on the books. As long as we meet the minimum, the trip will run. We encourage you to call for availability if you would like to sign up after the deadline has passed. Often times we can add you on up until just a few days prior to departure on the local trips. Remember that diving and smoking/vaping/smokeless tobacco products do not mix. We are a no tobacco product group. Under no circumstances will there be tobacco, vaping, or smokeless tobacco products used at the dive site or group accommodation areas.
