As a kid I would always listen to the stories my dad told me about his experiences diving in the Caribbean while in the Navy. He would talk about the all the sea life he saw and his spearfishing adventures. I have always loved being on or near the ocean and water and knew that I would try diving one day.

A few years ago I met Matt, an Easy Divers Instructor while cooking on a competition BBQ team. We talked about diving and that piqued my interest once again. I soon scheduled my Open Water course at Easy Divers, and that’s when my adventure with diving truly began.

I knew I didn’t want to stop at that first certification and continued taking more classes until I ended up a certified Divemaster. I plan to pursue additional dive training opportunities. Recently I started enjoying underwater photography and hope to one day take a few technical diving and public safety courses. I look forward to seeing everyone on future Easy Divers trips.
